By using https://madapex.in (the "Site") or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Mad Apex provides custom software engineering, digital product design, web and mobile app development, AI automation and growth consulting. Content on this Site is for information and to showcase our work.

• Inquiries are not contracts. Submitting a brief, budget or timeline through our form does not create a binding agreement.
• Formal agreements. Projects are governed by a separate written proposal, Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement covering deliverables, milestones, payments and warranties. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement prevails.

• Site content: all text, designs, code, graphics and logos on this Site belong to Mad Apex and are protected by law.
• Client work: ownership of custom deliverables passes to the client as set out in the SOW, once full payment is received.
• Portfolio: unless an NDA says otherwise, we may show completed work, non-confidential screenshots and client logos in our portfolio.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to breach, disrupt or overload our servers, data or network.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading or harmful inquiries.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, Mad Apex and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled exclusively by the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
